What is Hannah's accent? (Bones)?

Just getting caught up on the 6th season of Bones now, and Hannah's accent is driving me crazy. Is it associated with some specific geographic region?What is Hannah's accent? (Bones)?
Hannah's actress is Canadian so there is no actual accent there, but she has a sophisticated tone that makes her seem exotic or like she has an accent.
The actress who portrays Hannah (Kathryn Winnick) is actually Canadian, so thats where the accent comes from.What is Hannah's accent? (Bones)?
Shes from Canada. So Canadian.

      Her parents are from Ukraine and that was her first language.

      Yes. She didn't learn to speak English until eight years of age.
