That's Dr Hodgins. The woman was The Gravedigger. I tried to find your answer and can't on the IMB website. Try reading the episode recaps on the Fox website. Sorry.
I remember the episode but can't remember which season it was in.

It could have been The Boy With the Answers.... but the recap doesn't tell about Hodgins and Bones being trapped in the car. The episode happened, I think when Hodgins and Angela were together the first time or just before.Name of a Bones episode?
