Ok, I'm a freshman at Glencoe High. I'm '5"7 and 125 i eat healthy and a lot. I drink milk like crazy. over this summer I've fractured my right foot twice and my left foot once. I did take protein powder after big workouts to help rebuild muscle. I stopped taking the protein powder after the second fracture. How do I make the bones in my foot stronger? How do I make the bones in my foot stronger?
ummm, ever think to take a look @ how you function on those feet of your's..you can't prevent a fx by drinking more milk @ a whole 14 yrs of age..your building muscle truly has nothing to do with breaking your foot..but what you do on those feet, how you behave on those legs of your's, how much activity you present to this body, %26amp; also the genetic makeup of your feet have more to do with this than any workout could ever do...%26amp; btw, getting rid of those braces might just do the job!!How do I make the bones in my foot stronger?
Well to me it seems as if you might be working your feet too hard when you go to work out. My advice to you is to work other parts of your body and let your feet relax. Hope this helped =)!
