Well we actually just learned this in my Anatomy and Physiology class. Some signs include a back ache, or pain in your arm. Sometimes a sign might even be a headache. What are the other less common signs of a heart attack?
Besides arm pain and tingling.. would be chest pain in the form of Heartburn!!! watch out for that!!!!
He needs to have a physical with his doctor and go from there. Weight loss is usually associated with cancer rather than a heart attack.
