My bones keep cracking... no, not normal.?

Okay first... I went to my doctor for this, and he just made no comment about it.

Okay my bones cracking around 7000 times a day.

I am not even kidding you... every little move I do a bone cracks, and yes it is painful at times.

Bones that constantly crack: neck, back, hips, wrists, shoulders, arms, hips, feet, legs, knees, jaw, elbows...

Just every little thing. My knees get painful, just walking they keep cracking. Like right now I am typing right? I put my hands down... both of my hands crack... from shoulder... down to elbow.

It is driving me crazy.

I get muscle spasms...

Sometimes (not very often) I twitch.

I mean... I am just poping everywhere lol.

Any reason to why that might be?

I do stretch sometimes, and when I do my knees hurt even more, and they are very weak.

This started like three weeks ago. Just every little move.. putting my hands down, getting up from bed/chair... my whole body cracks!

The most areas that get painful are elbows, and knees.... sometimes I feel like the veins are painful.

If you have an idea, I'd appreciate it.

Thanks

* I am 18 years old female, 127 pounds, and 5,6 tall.My bones keep cracking... no, not normal.?
wow.. that's very strange.

i'm not sure about the rest of it, but my knees crack occasionally and then they hurt when i run. omega 3 fish body oil helps this. it comes in pills to swallow so it's not gross or anything. it helps my dad too who has arthritis in his knees.

and maybe seeing a chiropractor about the rest of it would help.
I have been going through the exact same thing. My doctors have currently found that I have a low white blood cell count. Also I have degenerative disc disease in my spine. I would check your blood cells, they will give you some insight on your bones and body in general.

What Is your favorite Bones episode? Why is it your favorite and What season is it in?

I am addicted to BONES!! I Absolutely LOVE the show and its amazing cast! and i was just wondering what is your Favorite bones Episode? why do you like it and What Season is it in? This is Kinda weird but Most 13 year old Girls are obsessed with Glee or twilight , Justin Bieber or Zac Efron. But not me! Im a 13 year old Girl Who is Obsessed With Bones and the chemistry between Booth and Brennan, the murders and mysteries and all the adventures the team goes on! I aAbsolutelyLove Emily Deschanel, David Boreanaz and the gang! Some people will think that this post is Crazy but hey...Everybody is Crazy about ssomethingat ssome pointRight? :) ;)What Is your favorite Bones episode? Why is it your favorite and What season is it in?
You sound just like me when I was 13, I was more into CSI and shows like that rather than the things my friends were into. My favorite episode of Bones was when they had to go to a funeral for one of the Jeffersonians main researchers and Bones noticed that the guy had really been murdered and they snuck the body out of the funeral home to figure out what really happened. That was from Season 4 and was called "The Double Death of The Dearly Departed" I also thought the recent season finale was great as was the first time that Booth and Bones went undercover at the circus which was also from Season 4 called "Double Trouble in the Panhandle" Both were very funny and the cases were good. And no you are not crazy because I feel the same way about CSI. hope this helps. :)
I think the last episode of this season was absolutely adorable :). But I will definitely miss Mr. Nigel-Murray... he was my favorite.

I'm not sure that I have a favorite, they're all really good haha. And they always seem to find the right closing music... hmm... it has to be one of the best shows out there. What Is your favorite Bones episode? Why is it your favorite and What season is it in?
I don't know what season I think the newest season but I liked the one with the "Jersey Shore" theme %26amp; I liked the one where the guy's body was found in the dumpster (found by those dumpster divers) :D I LOVE THAT SHOW!!!!!!!
The change in the game. I was left with my jaw dropped open at the end

Crazy Is what I am, for asking this!?

Um, I am ina lil of a fix...

My lil sis, she's 12.

She keeps saying she's fat, so she goes real crazy, EVERY NIGHT, she checkes her weight.

(She lost 5 pounds in 2 weeks, yet that doesn't satisfy her)

So she asked me, if I could help her out.

She is about 5"3 and wieghs 140pounds. I know she's obese.

But 1 thing I should add, her bones are BIG (which explains y the never break) the dr sed (the average bones in an adult wiegh 20) (tech she adult) Her bones are about 35....

How can she loose wight b4 schoo starts agen.. her goal wieght is from 95-110 pounds.

HELP!

(ps. she's a veggitarian)Crazy Is what I am, for asking this!?
Well if she's already a vegetarian then the most she can do is start an exercise routine. Um 12 years old is not an adult she still has alot of growing to do. Im pretty sure 140 is not obese for 5'3" because its actually based on percent body fat before you can call it obese.....you need to get your facts straight. Also the stress of worrying about weight will make her gain weight.
Exercise.Crazy Is what I am, for asking this!?
have her work out( running is the best way) ... people these days need to realize that working out is the best way to loose weight

you dont have to be hard core about it... but maybe 30 min a day

or even do situps or pushups during commercials
U not foolin' me boo boo juss say itz u ur talkin' about, anywayz YOU should juss eat right excerise more and dont eat after 8:00 n u will be ok
I wouldn't call her "obese". I would also suggest that her goal weight seems low. Something to research before she starts killing herself trying to achieve something that may not be achievable.
Her goal is 30-35 pounds less. I knew a person that loss 30 pounds in a month using the naturals "Access Bars-Fat conversion activity bars" with some regular exercise as walking /jogging and a meal substitute "Attain Shakes".on a daily basis. She can find a substitute to these or bought them through any member of the Melaleuca members club. The web site is www.melaleuca.com

I wish this info help her reach the goal as well!!!

    Honesty is the best policy....

How do you know her, this Donna lady?? Rehearse/write down what you want to say, and stay calm when you talk to her. And make sure you're talking to her, not yelling at her. I would have your mom in the room with you also when you call. Speaker phone is bliss in such situations.

    Can anyone remember this toy?

A quiz for the presence of OCD is at http://www.ocdla.com/OCDtest.html OCD is an anxiety spectrum disorder, and the obsessions and compulsions are a way of avoiding, or coping with it, so; treat the underlying anxiety effectively, replacing your habit with the EFT, below, or (hopefully only temporarily) something more socially acceptable, like using worry beads, stress ball, electronic palm held game, or stringing beads, etc. It's important to regularly monitor, and deal with a negative internal monologue (self talk), or mental process, such as disturbing thoughts, images, impulses, or emotions, by the process of (a): recognising it, and (b): challenging it immediately. Technique For Re-Programming Negative Thoughts: When you notice something negative, such as: "I can't do this/ am never going to get over this!" or: "Why am I always so pathetic/useless/such a loser?" or even an image, emotion, or a memory; recognise that it is being generated from the negative part of your mind. Having identified and labelled it, visualise a large, red, flashing, "STOP!" sign, and/or possibly a stern faced person wagging an index finger at you in a negative manner, then say to yourself as forcefully as you can, even aloud in a big voice, if alone: "I know this tactic: GO AWAY FOR A WHILE !!!" You may want to use either: "ruse", "ploy", "game", or "trick". In the case of an image, visualise a large "STOP" sign, or your preferred version. Some people go so far as to keep a wide rubber band in their pocket, then put it around their wrist, when they catch themselves backsliding, stretch and release it, as a method of reprogramming their mind sooner, but I don't regard it as being strictly necessary.

Remember to remove it, afterwards, if you use this method. Practice a relaxation method, daily, and when needed, such as: (free) http://www.drcoxconsulting.com/managing-鈥?/a> or http://altmedicine.about.com/cs/mindbody鈥?/a> or http://www.wikihow.com/Meditate or the Yoga Nidra (easy mental exercises only) on page L at 8m.com, below. Tai Chi, regular yoga, or Qi Gong suits others better. Give the EFT a good tryout, to see if it helps you. Use the searchbar at http://www.mercola.com "EFT" %26amp; "EFT therapists" and/or see the 13 free videos at http://www.tapping.com - There is a version for use in public places, (if anyone asks, you can claim to have a headache, as you massage/lightly tap your temples, but you would then be restricted to subvocalising: saying it to yourself in your mind: "Even though I sometimes suffer from obsessions/compulsions, I deeply and completely accept myself." Herbal remedies, such as St. John's wort, are often effective, but the idea is (as with anxiolytic medication) to use them like water wings, or training wheels on a bicycle, providing initial support, and giving time for other treatments, such as therapy, and relaxation techniques, to take effect.

What you are experiencing is a form of obsessive compulsive disorder. There are ways to train your brain to stop doing these things. I would contact a therapist who specializes in this field.

Make an appointment with your doctor and he can give you medication, not to sleep, but to help you with your addiction so that you can be in control and not let these obsessive compulsive disorders control you. Are these extremely painful menstrual cramps normal?

My menstrual cramps hurt like crazy, mostly feels like the lower part of my stomach is on fire. But there is this sharp pain that feels like an electrical shock going through my bones that happens maybe twice during my period. Just in the beginning, not so during the mid and ending, and it doesn't last long (maybe 30 seconds each time).

Have you ever experienced this "electrical shock" and do you know what it is?Are these extremely painful menstrual cramps normal?
maybe it's PMDD. talk to your doctor about it.

  • How do I put more "meat on my bones"?

Everyone says Im skinny.... as much as I don't mind it, I would like to have a little extra meat on my bones. I'm just skin and bones with a guy, I don't get it?

So what are some types of food for some "meat" to be on my bones. I'm not looking to build muscle or go crazy by pumping iron.

I'll admit, I don't eat as much as the average American... I could if I would. If I had money or time for making sure I don't go hungry in the day.

I'm not sure why most of my "fat" is in my gut area.... I'm thinking because of the pop I drink. It's there for me everyday and it's free for me.How do I put more "meat on my bones"?
Try finding time to visit a local food bank where they provide free groceries to people who can't buy enough food. Eat what they give you.
Where you gain weight is mostly genetic, but you can reduce your 'gut' by eating more fibre.

Eat healthy, high calorie foods to gain weight. Don't eat junk, or you'll just get a nasty gut. Eat things like...

    * Avocadoes

    * Peanut butter

    * Any nuts

    * Dried fruit

    * Olive, walnut, avocado or canola oil

    * Whole grains - brown tortillas, brown rice, brown bread

    * Corn

    * Beans

    * Salmon, tuna and other fatty fishHow do I put more "meat on my bones"?
A good start would be to eat more than you normally eat; try to get 3 good meals a day (breakfast, lunch and dinner) with portions slightly larger than usual. Make sure your main meal is high in protein and carbohydrate, and don't miss out on fruit and vegetables!
Stop buying POP and spend the money more sensibly on food. Pop fills you but has very little nutritional value.

Water from the tap is far cheaper.

Cereal or porridge are good fillers and leave you feeling fuller longer.
start buying sweets instead of your regular food
Eat unheathly to put on weight..
Fried Twinkies couldn't hurt...or they could give you a heart attack...

Feeling that ribs, collar bone, and tendon in neck are sticking out..driving me CRAZY!!! whats wrong with me?

when i was in elementary school i had a disorder thing where I couldn't stand the feeling of certain clothes....anything from embroidery on my shirts to the seams on my socks drove me crazy. It got to a point where i actually kicked my mother in the face when she tried to force me to wear jeans. I never wore shoes in the winter and instead wore sandals. Now years later Ive learned to not let it bother me so much. But in the last year Ive started to get uncomfortable and sometimes struggle to fall asleep. my ribs feeling like they are sticking out and my collar bone feeling feels the same and the tendon in my neck feels like its poking out.... Its driving me crazy!!!

( I don't think it has anything to do with the point that I'm skinny but my collar bone and ribs bother me A LOT!!!)

(right now my collar bone is bugging me but it doesn't hurt at all)Feeling that ribs, collar bone, and tendon in neck are sticking out..driving me CRAZY!!! whats wrong with me?
Dee don't freak out, this isn't an abnormal thing. A lot of people have experienced this, including myself. My collarbone never bothered me, neither did my Sternocleidomastoid muscles, I think that is what you were referring to when you said the "tendon" in your neck. It's actually a muscle. But my ribs used to bother me a lot.

Whenever I would lie on my back it would feel like they were poking out too far. The problem was that I was too skinny and so whenever I would lie on my back my chest would be up a good 2 inches higher than my stomach, causing it to pull and stretch the skin making it very uncomfortable.

The way that I cured myself is by gaining weight. I know that is probably not the answer that you were looking for at all but it did work. Now don't misunderstand, im not telling you to gain weight until you get fat. All i'm saying is put on 5 lbs or so and you'll notice that it won't feel quite as stretched.

You could aslo try hypnotherapy, or relaxation techniques to take your mind off the feeling.

One last possibility that I can throw out to you is that you may be suffering from Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. There are different variations of the disorder and having the inability to get or maintain good body image isn't unheard of for people with OCD. This is probably not the case but it's a possibility is all i'm saying.

I hope this helps, please email me if you have ANY other questions: onyx234@yahoo.comFeeling that ribs, collar bone, and tendon in neck are sticking out..driving me CRAZY!!! whats wrong with me?
Have you tried going to a professional for help? There are medications, and some hypnotherapy for things like that

How can I attach two pieces of DRY clay together?

I have already tried wetting both pieces and scoring them and adding slip/water, but when I attach them and they dry, it's so fragile that they detach again.

I tried crazy glue, I tried wood glue, I tried CHEWING GUM... :P

I can't nail them together because one of the pieces is thin and will crack.

Specifically I'm making two bones with clay, the tibia and fibula, and I am trying to stick them together after they've dried. How can I attach two pieces of DRY clay together?
    DRY?

Keep wetting them. Seriously, this is the only way. Do the same thing you were doing, but now try to clamp together with something for the next couple days.

You may have to add additional clay to keep the pieces in place. Gravity is your enemy!!!!

If you use glue...when you bake the bones in the kiln, they may fall apart again. But you CAN glue them after they've baked. That might actually work out better.
What you want to do is nearly impossible to have success at. It is not like filling a crack or attaching something thin onto a surface. If the two pieces have any weight they won't want to stick together. But here are two things you can try.

Spooze is a mender that you can make that will act as glue. It is:

--one part of your clay body dried and crushed into fine particles

    --one part white vinegar

    --one part light corn syrup

Mix these up into a peanut butter consistency -- thick and not too wet -- and use between the two pieces like cement. Before you put the spooze on, brush each piece, where you will attach it, with white vinegar. Press and hold together.

The other thing to try is paper clay if these pieces are not too big or heavy. Check out the links for all the info to make it.

Good luck. How can I attach two pieces of DRY clay together?
The problem with water based clay is that the surface is not very strong, so gluing to it is likely to fail. You might be able to soak the area to soften the clay again, then use the slip, perhaps letting it firm up a bit to soft leather hard before trying the slip.

If you want to try the dry, I suggest the clear GOOP Craft silicone hard setting glue.
    alot of super glue

Try some 5-minute, two-part epoxy from a hardware store or home center. You mix equal part together and apply to both pieces and hold them together untill dry. As added strength you can "pin" the pieces. Drill a hole in one side and super glue a brass rod, wire etc. about 1/2" long half way into first piece. Drill slightly bigger hole in other piece where it will match up. When you glue them together with epoxy, run some into second hole first and run pin into hole as you hold pieces together. This will help pieces stay together. How can I attach two pieces of DRY clay together?
    Try wire.

Does anyone else like men who are bigger?

I am a student and I have found that since I got to university I have found myself being attracted to beefy, bigger men. Bigger as in tall and buff, but still with some meat on their bones. Everytime I point out a guy I think is attractive, my friends will say that I am crazy. I think it's a masculinity factor, but I just wanted to see what kind of men other women or men are attracted to...

Please no mean comments or anything that would be degrading or offensive to anyone! Thank you!Does anyone else like men who are bigger?
Heck yeah! I for one don't like skinny guys. I'm sure you have heard of guys liking chunky girls, right? well it works the same w/women. Just cuz your friends don't like the beefy men, doesn't mean you shouldn't either. After all who will be spending time with beefy guy, you or ur friends? It's a matter of taste. Dont' worry about ur friends taste; if they are true friends they will support u on anything as long as it is not damaging to u.
I tend to agree with you. I want a guy who is big enough to protect me should anything happen that I need protection. I want to feel safe while with him....like nothing can harm me.Does anyone else like men who are bigger?
Well; ive qalways been attracted to chubby guys.. I dont like skinny guys or like six packs and stuff like my other friends.. i thout i was weird but im use to it now. :P

You should probably see a doctor and talk about this. It could be something with your heart. It could be nothing. If it is the bone, they will refer you to a specialist and get it fixed right up!

    Be Blessed!

I have adopted a very finicky chihuahua 6 yrs old. Any suggestions on what to feed her?

I've tried some samples of wet and dry food and she doesn't seem to be crazy about any of them. Also any types of treats or small bones that they may like? I think whomever had her must have fed her people food, I don't want to feed her any people food because I don't want to get that started.I have adopted a very finicky chihuahua 6 yrs old. Any suggestions on what to feed her?
I feed my 4 Chihuahua's Wellnes Super Mix 5 lamb. They all love it.

They have Zuke's mini naturals as treats from time to time. They are tiny Chi sized too!
We feed our Chihuahuas Nutro Natural Balance Small bites. Our chihuahuas love it. We really don't give ours any treats, except for the occasional tidbit my husband sneaks to them under the table...lol Just be patient and don't give in. She will start eating soon. Congrats on the new furkid.I have adopted a very finicky chihuahua 6 yrs old. Any suggestions on what to feed her?
You could try to feed her whatever you have been trying to feed her, and just add some treats, like dried liver treats, or any "small dog sized" greenies. My puppy, Mickey, didn't like his small doggie bowl, so I got him a bigger bowl, and he started to eat just fine. When I got my cat a few months ago, she did the same thing, and so I just got the food I bought for my other cats, and I added a little cat greenie for the first week or so, and it really helped. I have found that she is a slow eater. So maybe your chihuahua is also a slow eater, or she just wants a bigger bowl. I hope this helps!
i give my westie purina one chicken and rice.
you can always add some boiled chicken and rice to the food. just dont add any seasoning when you cook it. she wont turn down some juicy chicken, i swear! hand feed her a couple pieces first to get her attention. it might not be so much that she is finicky, she might be alittle off from the transistion of being adopted. just make sure she is at least getting enough h2o. hunger will set in soon enough and she will start eating. also try getting some nutrical from your vet, its a paste you can give her thats packed with calories and vitimens. give her a teaspoon every 4 hours or so, just let her lick it off the spoon like a special treat. peanut butter has calories in it to if you are worried she is getting weak from not eating.
i had a baby chihuahua once an allll chihuahuas are finicky ours ate cat food and loved it. we fed all three of our chihuahuas kitten an cat food an they all grew up healthy but would never touch dog food after that
i used to have a chihuahua and i used to feed her Purina puppy chow which its what the vet recommended.
Try normal dog food but with a little bit of water in it : to be honest my chihuahua is crazy about those dogs foods in cans and stuff: And also for pet treats my dog enjoys these :Jerky bites, charlee bear, and pure bites

I know you don't want to get the whole human food started but just remember to include something small(of human food) at least in one meal out of three days. MIX IT WITH THE DOG FOOD, oh and if your dog is sick add medication in dog food so the dog wont notice still eat the food and the medication.

  • Brittle Bones ! And Martial Arts Obsession?

I have type1 brittle bones, iv broken a lot of bones (im 24).

My problem is Martial Arts, iv been studying and training for about 6 years. In that time iv broken my thumb once ,my fingers about 4-5 times, my wrist once, my lower back twice, my ribs once, my nose once, And currently think i have cracked chest bones from heavy sparring over the weekend.

I must be totally crazy as i just cant accept my bodies limitations, and i keep on going back.

I take all sorts of supplements for bone health, and i train with weights to also help.

Would most people give up and accept it? Why cant i?

Im right now mending from damaged chest bones and refusing to give up. Am i a complete NUTTER!?Brittle Bones ! And Martial Arts Obsession?
You might be a little but I have always thought that we are all crazy to one extent or another. You just have that never say die attitude. I think the best example of this was Evel Knievel.

Look at the bones he had broken over his lifetime. It's your life do what you want to do.Remember what Shakespeare said " This above all, to thine own-self be true." Good Luck and have a good life.Brittle Bones ! And Martial Arts Obsession?
Maybe you're just tryin to make people think that you're soooo strong and you're not a quitter and tryin to impress everyone......spend a sparring session with me and I'll make you give up for good!....lol!!

    My dogs have gone crazy!?

For the last few months my dogs have become hyper and crazy. I have a 10 month old rottweiler and a 4 year old jack russell "terror". I jog 5km everyday with them (2km with the rotti because her bones are still growing) and they have 3 acres to run and hunt on all day. I have them walking beside me good on a leash and I always make them sit for their food, they're not aloud on furniture either. But for some reason they are still crazy! The rottweiler is chewing everything, she has toys and bones. My jack russell terrier has started attacking the rottweiler for no reason and I have tried everything, including pinning her on her back. Now the rottweiler has started to fend for herself and I'm afraid she's going to turn on other dogs too. I want to have peaceful evenings but the dogs are constantly moving around, barking, protecting objects like balls and testing each other. What can I do?My dogs have gone crazy!?
Preventing a bad behavior is always preferable to having to treat it, and early training is key. Enroll your puppy in obedience classes and practice with him daily, even after the course ends. Training not only teaches your dog mannerly and useful behaviors ("sit," down," etc.), it hones impulse control and provides essential mental stimulation. It's a good idea to add to his repertoire of tricks and skills throughout his life.

You may not want a mice get into the cage because they will mate and have babies, that's what happened to a former co-worker's pet.
yes buy it a muzzle. and plant mouse traps around the cage so that the rebel mice cant attack it.I have crazy dreams of guinea pigs?
I see a trip to the animal shelter in your future. Maybe a zhuzhu pet is the right pet for you.
The worse you'll get is a nip or a scratch. Guinea pigs are usually very placid animals and will only nip or scratch if they're scared or annoyed.

  • Wats the small hollow part between the collar bones (beauty bones) called?

Can u also name the Movie in which the guy was crazy abt the hollow part of the girl. n at the end he asks his friend wats that part called?Wats the small hollow part between the collar bones (beauty bones) called?
It's called the place between the collar bones.

It's not the sternum, as that's the bone between the ribs lower down. This is the first time I've heard of a fetish for that area, but whatever floats your boat.
i thinks its the sternum or it might be the manubrium i cant rememberWats the small hollow part between the collar bones (beauty bones) called?
Its either called the Sternum (defined as "chest bone") or the Xiphoid Process (the one at the "tip of the Sternum"). I don't know about the movie, though.

I'd aviod any sort of hormone type birth contol method...period.

The health risks to you and your sanity are absolutly horrendous.

    Why not use a condom?

The I.U.D. works well for many women, yet it would be interesting what your partner would be willing to use.

    Why not try a condom?

At 20 years old, you don't need to be going through the b.s that the media, doctors and society and drug companies are pushing on you.

My ma tried the pill 45 years ago and went crazy.

I tried the pill 25 years ago and went crazy. I tried depo-provera, (don't do it....you may bleed continuously and want to kill people)!

I'd either try condoms first, the diaphram 2nd and the IUD third.
Blue Eyed Christian is right. You need to seek a second opinion. Hm, if I were you I'd ask for a referral to a specialist. This doesn't seem like it's working for you.

Why I am crazy to believe in ghosts, but not Jesus? I mean he died and vanished from a cave?

We don't have his bones, his clothes or anything. Do we even have the cave? Yet I am nuts if I believe in ghosts.... Hmmmmm..... How many of you have seen Jesus walking in your house? And you call me crazy....

Oh wait, Jesus rose up ghosts haunt. Is that it?Why I am crazy to believe in ghosts, but not Jesus? I mean he died and vanished from a cave?
    Father ,Son %26amp; Holy Ghost.

    Right?

it sounds like you may beleive more than you know!
Jesus made all the angels. The demons are fallen angels=ghosts..

Why I am crazy to believe in ghosts, but not Jesus? I mean he died and vanished from a cave?
Believe wat you want to believe in....it's a demoncratic society.
well do u believe in the holy ghost aka holy spirit?
    I don't think you're crazy.

I believe in ghosts -- I believe Jesus was a good man, a devout Jew, but that's all, nothing godly, or any of that
    ghost do exist.....
ghosts wow and you cant believe jesus?
Actually , science aside, omnipotent omnibenevolence is enough to disprove God. I don't believe ghosts are said to be omnipotent and omnibenevolent. Ghosts are more reasonable.
Because modern science now knows that people who are seeing ghosts are suffering from schizophrenia, sometimes just a mild form, so it only happens every now and then...

If you've ever taken a "hallucinagenic" drug, you'll also see "ghostly apparitions..."

    It's all in people's heads...

    NOT in "outside reality..."
because Jesus was seen as a physical being and ghosts are meta-phisycal
You haven't honestly seen ghosts in your house. That's bull.

How is it hard to believe a man and died and was RESURRECTED (not vanished). Yet you believe that people died and then suddenly came back to earth to haunt you?

Isn't the concept the same - dying but coming back?

You're so close-minded you only understand one but not the other.
Ghosts are dead souls who appear from nowhere ... can you explain that also?
Jesus is the Son of God.
Your not crazy. That's just your belief. Most religions believe in some type of supernatural and not in jesus. You believe is not out of the ordinary. For those who don't accept it they are just too close minded. Too bad for them.
Many eyewitnesses wrote and spoke about what they saw Jesus do. After the gospel accounts were written, there were plenty of people around who had seen Jesus, who could have spoken up or written something down contradicting what the apostles wrote. But we have no account of this happening.

Furthermore, the eyewitnesses wrote about what they saw, and they saw miracles, as did hundreds of others. Jesus healed people, walked on water, calmed a storm by a command, and rose from the dead; therefore, whatever He says must be true since He backed up His words with His deeds.

Is there a gospel for your ghosts???
Right now I am stuck on the whole Jesus walking into my house part. I mean, I would probably check and see if my stuff was laced first....o_0
It's all hypocritical. A man saying that God just spoke to him would be considered a lunatic, mind you, back in the days, men were doing that all the time and they were called prophets.

When you shake the grounds of "truth", its believers would ridicule you, for the real truth hurts more that a pleasant (convenient) lie. By Mizter Gray.
I don't believe in ghosts, but I'm going to indulge this for a moment. In Jesus' time grave robbing was fairly easily pulled off seeing as he was put in a cave with no heavy machinery available and no sealant to hold the door shut, so not so much work to get him out. He had a ton of followers, many who would love to get all the people riled up by making him "return from the grave." There is no physical evidence whatsoever that Jesus was anything more than a person with a political agenda and a following - albeit a kind one. A single book written by people without a scrap of proof is not evidence. There is, on the other hand, evidence of ghosts. We have done studies, gotten tapes and video and pictures. Things that are hard to explain otherwise. It is up to you to decide what this is - energy, tremors, hoaxes, but the fact still remains, there is real physical evidence of ghosts. And it can be proved that the tapes were not tampered with. Your opinion makes sense to me, and I can't really fight it. Usually I throw occam's razor at the theists and say the weight of evidence is on them. They, of course, have none. You do, and for that I give you a lot of credit. I still continually review new evidence on this theory, and though I remain unconvinced, I am open to being convinced in the future, whereas I have heard every single argument for christianity and they all come back to "but my bible says" - I dismiss that entirely, don't particularly care about what their bible says as I've read it before and it's a boring and contradictory story with more holes that a pair of fishnet stockings and am not interested in hearing another argument from them.
    you're right. you are crazy...
i don't think you're crazy. i believe in ghosts, i have seen ghosts, i know plenty of others who have seen ghosts. we are energy and energy never ceases to exist, so why wouldn't the energy of dead people still be hanging around?

as for jesus, i believe he was a man that existed. i don't know if he did everything people wrote about him. no one knows that. the bible is a book written by man, and man isn't exactly a dependable source.
Hi Georgia...........the real Georgia Peach was a heckava ball player...........if I'm thinking of the right one might of even been a second baseman. Jesus was real man, real God......he told you what he was, He said he was the way, the truth , the light , the life , the Word , He healed many while he was here and is still doing the same today. He rose two people from the dead while he was here. Matter of fact he even walked thru walls just like your seeing ghosts do. So join the rest of us crazies and ask him about it.............watch what happens....just remember.....Thy will be done.....not yours....nite.....so it will be on His time schedule......I'm going to take a chance on you Georgia...........I'm going to say he will be waiting at bedside for you when he takes you home........enjoy the speed of light.......nite big guy.
Sometimes believing in craziest things are socially acceptable. And society doesn't want the most of the people to be called crazy. Most people call Scientology a crazy belief, but when you think about it, Christianity is just as crazy as Scientology. It seems less crazy because a much higher percentage of people believe in Christianity.

And of course, there are places where you'd be crazy if you believe in Jesus but not in ghosts. I'm from a country where majority of people are Muslim and they'd say you're nuts if you believe Jesus came back from death. Of course they don't consider anything in Islam crazy.

My friend is an idiot and came up from behind me and wrapped his arms around me and squeezed?

my sternum like crazy. After he did it, it didn't really hurt but now its starting to hurt...I'm a little nervous because I've always realized I had a weaker sternum (i have minor Pectus carinatum, or pigeon chest). Will I be okay? What should I do if it gets more painful. I hope none of the bones are compromised. My friend is an idiot and came up from behind me and wrapped his arms around me and squeezed?
if you have a documented illness it would be best to consult a physician immediately.

if "pectus..." is not a serious health issue for you, take it easy, and see if the pain subsides.

i am not a medical technician or physician. consult your doctor via phone either way if you are truly worried.

Can erythromycin be used to treat bronchitis or pneumonia?

I was prescribed a bottle of erythromycin by my dentist a while back after having some dental work done, but I never used any of it. Now I have this crazy cold thing that seems to be developing into bronchitis and possibly pneumonia (eventually). It's hanging out in my chest/very low throat area (just underneath the spot where my two collar bones meet). Can I take the erythromycin to get rid of whatever this is?Can erythromycin be used to treat bronchitis or pneumonia?
Bronchitis is more often caused by a viral infection so antibiotics won't work. Get a good chest decongestant, or call your doctor. Can erythromycin be used to treat bronchitis or pneumonia?
It's not a first or second choice. It has a fairly limited spectrum of activity.

My favorite book characters, my favorite people in history, and then just a few names I've always thought sounded nice or that makes me think of something good (like if it has a nice meaning or sounds close to something else I like). And I have mild synesthesia so it makes me very picking on combos.
Emmalynne June- Lynne and June are family names and we just like Emma :)

Annabelle Irene- From Annabelle Lee by Poe and Irene is a family name.

Jaxon David- I've always loved the name Jack but Jaxon went better with David (family name) the spelling for Jaxon came from a friend's brother's name.

Samuel Elijah- this name just came to me one night lol but I love it.

Worst name Teage (tee-guh) for a boy and anything overly masculine for a girl (Ryan, James, etc.)

I would reccomend the book "Forged by Fire" by Sharon M.D.

and "Speak" by Laurie H.A.What are some good books for a teen to read?
I would strongly recommend the book Impulse.

It's about three teens who try to kill themselves and end up in a mental ward.

It's got a great story and meaning to it, and everyone I know who has read it really like it. (:
You should read 13 Reasons Why. It's narrated by A) a girl who committed suicide and recorded her voice to illustrate her depression and B) a boy who was nearly in love with girl A.

It's an incredible book! It'll change the way you look at the world.

She has never been so lonely or so sad, yet she must face each day. As she has her own problems to confront, her entire family is dealing with issues that plague her sister, Whitney. By circumstance, Annabel and Owen, whose life revolves around music, become friends. It is Owen who will help Annabel to meet certain challenges.

The Truth About Forever - Macy's father has recently died and she is feeling guilty. Her mother isn't coping with his death well at all. Macy's boyfriend, Jason, represents security, but frankly he is a clueless jerk. It might have been a very long summer, but then by chance Macy meets an interesting group of people. I loved everyone in the Wish Catering crew, but most especially Wes. No matter the difficulties life has thrown each member of Wish they persevere because they must.

Dreamland - Caitlin is the younger and she feels second-rate sister to Cass who is perfect in every way. Now Caitlin is 16 and rather than starting at Yale, Cass has run off with a guy. This year for Caitlin is about school, cheerleading, parties, her boyfriend, and so much much more. Unfortunately, this novel has an important message every young lady needs to hear.

Keeping the Moon - Colie and her mother used to be fat. They moved frequently and were homeless for a time. Then Colie's mother went on a "let's get healthy" kick and they both lost weight. Now mom has a good job and they live in a nice house. Unfortunately, because of a really mean girl at school, Colie has acquired a reputation she did not deserve. Mom is going to Europe to work for the summer and Colie is going to spend the summer with her eccentric aunt.

That Summer - Summers hold special memories for many of us: vacations, beaches, picnics, summer jobs, summer loves, maybe even a wedding or two. Haven, younger sister to Ashley, is fondly remembering a summer five years ago because in this current summer her world is falling apart. Her father had an affair, her parents divorced, and now he is getting married to the co-worker with whom he had the affair. Ashley is also getting married this summer and Haven doesn't understand why Ashley would choose this man.

Someone Like You - Halley and Scarlet, both 16 and juniors in high school, have been best friends forever. Scarlet was always the strong one, but now she needs Halley to be there for her. As they begin the new school year, Scarlet is pregnant and her boyfriend has been killed in a motorcycle accident. Meanwhile Halley has problems of her own. Halley and her mother, a psychologist, have gotten along well in the past but that has changed. Halley's mother used to write books about their relationship, but now they just argue.

This Lullaby - Remy, Jess, Chloe, and Lissa are friends (sort of) and now it is the summer between high school and college. This is a time of transition for each of them, but the story concentrates on Remy who because her mother has had a series of husbands and Remy never even met her father, she is very cynical about love.

    Ann Brashares:

The Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants - A wonderful story about Tibby, Carmen, Lena, and Bridget, four very different friends who are spending their first summer apart from one another. Each of the girls faces her own crisis and, in the end, they are there for each other. It's a great story of friendship.

Sequels: The Second Summer of the Sisterhood; Girls in Pants: The Third Summer of the Sisterhood; and Forever in Blue: The Fourth Summer of the Sisterhood.

Try Host or another great book called Wild Magic by Tamora Pierce
The Dark is Rising by Susan Cooper

This is a five book series about the good guys fighting back the dark. It's hard to describe sometimes because it doesn't have just one main character. The first book has a trio of siblings as the main characters, but the second book introduces Will, who is just as important (actually, more so) than they are. It's a great series though. It may be a little young, but it's timeless. The books in order: Over Sea, Under Stone; The Dark is Rising; Greenwitch; The Grey King; Silver on the Tree.

    Pendragon by D. J. MacHale

This is a slightly longer, and slightly older fantasy series than the Dark is Rising. It's about Bobby Pendragon, who is one day dragged along by his Uncle Press into another world. There are many of these worlds though, and together they form Halla. An evil man named Saint Dane is fighting to destroy Halla, and a group known as the Travelers must save it. It's way cooler than I can explain. ^__^

  • Should we be concerned about SKULL & BONES?

Skull and bones is an old group, club, gang, fraternity, klan, organization, here in America.

It is a secretive group in which one of the things required of members to do is to "lie naked in a coffin and reveal all of their sexual encounters.

As crazy as it seems these men are within the small group that have shaped our country.

And still do till this day.

What if any connection do they have with the Free Masons? and what does the masonic term to "ride the goat" mean?Should we be concerned about SKULL %26amp; BONES?
Masonic term of the goat is an inside joke. Back in the day when you couldn't see trick would be done on the candidate or joking of as the candidate had no idea what to expect.

The link of skull and bones to freemasonry is the claim that the founder of Skull and Bones went to Germany at the time of the Bavarian Illuminati was disbanded and joined than started the chapter here. The link of the Bavarian Illuminati and Masons is the founder was a Master mason and all the members to my research were Masons. The philosophy of the Bavarian Illuminati is debated among Masons as some dislike it. Not many have seen the true degrees to have a structured debate. Many writings have been speculative or twisted from person to person. Some of the original degrees are on file in a historical society in Germany.
There is plenty of information about these organizations on the internet, a lot of it is fiction but some is fact.Should we be concerned about SKULL %26amp; BONES?
It sounds a bit silly to me, really.
I'm not sure about that last question, but since Skull %26amp; Bones members are inherently wealthy and priveleged, there's much that can be done about them.

People do weird things. And sometimes those people run the country.
We should be as concerned with Skull and Bones at the national level as we should about the Kiwanis and Elks locally: they are all nepotistic old boys' clubs that refuse to offer open and equal access while concentrating dealmakers and powerwielders in closed situations away from public scrutiny and accountability.
No- be concerned with bible thumping morons hijacking our government
They are very connected and intertwined with the Masons. Not sure what the other question mean, but can try and find out.

Yes, most of your Presidents have been members of the Skull and Bones Society, and Freemasons. Inculding John Quicny Adams, who was a 33rd% Mason, and unfortunately is my great,g,g,g,g, grandfather. My mother 's maiden name was Adams, and there is this unfortunate link.
Any group that doesn't tell people everything, just makes people assume the worst. They're fine. Trust me.
As far as I know as a Mason, there is no connection between the two groups. Most fraternal groups in western culture have been patterned after Freemasonry, including college fraternities/sororities, Scouting, and strangely the Mormons.

There are several groups or organizations that have been thought to control policy either on a local or global extent, however if you look at the whole picture of national policy it seems extremely unlikely. Conspiracy theorist will pick and choose events that support their "theory" but a close and objective examination will show these to be an exercise in making the facts fit. A good example of this was the movie "23"...

I haven't hear the term "ride the goat" in Masonry, however some lodges have in the past "hazed" a candidate before initiation. Often this "hazing" included jokes about greasing a pig or other attempts at humor.

    Edit:

The 33rd degree is an "honorary" degree given to both masons and non-masons based on service to humanity.
A forum like this would be the first thing they control, I never believed conspiracy theory until I joined this forum. You Q someting like "Does Ralph K..... work for j@hp0o" %26amp; suddenly my PC sends 3 times more data , than it recieves. I can't read content of my mail

To sign in takes hours and many more. I hope you see my answer . They are asking me to leave nicely. If they close my account it could be prove in a court of law.

They are making me more determint to take action against this "forum"
I don't know the meaning of "ride the goat" Some presidents attended this so call club.
The answer to your question is a resounding, yes. Many people choose to dismiss the roles of these "elitist" organizations because if they acknowledged that a minuscule percentage of wealth controls the world, they then would have to question just how much of a "democracy" we live under. If the small percentage of wealth controls the world then how do our votes matter? Allow me to let you in on a little secret, our votes DO NOT MATTER. The government (many of whom are in these "elitist societies") does what it wants. Its just easier on them if the citizens are fast asleep, thinking that their vote counts or their opinion as a citizen is important to the ones begging for their vote. If people fully understood that the government preaches one thing while doing another we would hold them more accountable for their actions, within the framework of democracy. Yeah, right !!
Very since Bush and Kerry are in it

    Free mason??? skull and bones???

does anybody know anything about FREE MASONRY? and SKULL AND BONES? and THE NEW WORLD ORDER???? this is pretty crazy stuff. Is it really devil worship? Anyone have any idea???Free mason??? skull and bones???
You will have to email me for most of the information, some of it is complete bull, thats all I can tell you, but some of it is not.

There are some parts that are absolutely true, and you can see evidence for it.

Email me and I will give you the links.
    GoogleFree mason??? skull and bones???
I am the only male member of my family that isn't a Freemason as far as I know. That is mostly a function of me being an atheist.

No it isn't devil worship. In fact, one of the main things is belief in a creator for the Universe, which is why it is incompatible with atheism. But it is compatible with many different faiths. It is just a fraternity that does charity work mostly. They are technically a secret society, but if you spend 5 min. on Google you can find their entire ritual and anything else you want to know about them.

This whole line is just total conspiracy wack jobs.
My father is a Freemason. It's not remotely devil worship (my dad belongs to a First Christian Church in Texas); he's 83 years old, and has been a Freemason for more than 60 years. The Masons are a fraternal organization that requires a belief in a Supreme Being (although the particular being is up to the individual). There are Christian, Muslim, Jewish, and many other Masons. They seek to do good work in the community, and fund quite a number of charities, such as burn and orthopedic hospitals, shoes, clothing and school needs for children. In Texas, they were among the first to promote the notion of public schools.

If you need more information, there's tons of legitimate stuff out on the web. Most states have a Grand Lodge site (some smaller states have a Lodge that covers two or three states), and they answer lots of common questions there. I've been in more lodge rooms than I can count since I was a little kid, and they're just big rooms with an altar, on the center of which is placed a copy of the Bible/Torah/Koran or other appropriate scripture, usually depending on the part of the world in which you find yourself. There are also lots of places for spectators, and seating for various officers in the north, south, east, and west of the room (usually a pretty good-sized room). Otherwise, they're usually very plain. The various rituals are allegories regarding the building of Solomon's temple, in which the tools of a stonemason take on symbolic meanings regarding important life lessons.

I always have to laugh at the conspiracy nuts; but then, I suppose they have no idea how ridiculous they sound to someone who's been in contact with Masons all his/her life, so I try to just shake my head and go on.

As to the "Skull and Bones" or "New World Order" - I know nothing about them, so you'd have to ask someone else.
It's basically an older version of Scientology. Fundamentally harmless yet the target of much suspicion and conspiracy theories due to the popularity of its members and the organization's secretive ways.
Free masonry, Skull and Bones and just about every other secret society out there has levels to it. On the ground level it seems harmless, as you have read in some of these answers, and just about everyone and their dog can get involved. It's the higher levels that hold the secrets, and it takes years of faithfulness to get there. When you get up there, you have to declare that Lucifer is god, among other things. The music is nasty, but if you want to learn more, here are some pages.
    Freemasonry is evil.

In the 30th Degree, the god of freemasonry is revealed to be Lucifer, the light-bearer. It's devil worship, alright!

Though they may vehemently deny it %26amp; claim to be do-gooders, it's all a front for their evil activities.

    Edit..great gazoo..

In the first to third degrees of freemasonry, the members make allegiance to the GAOTU, i.e. the Great Architect Of The Universe. You are assuming it means God the Creator, but it's not. It's referring to Lucifer, finally unveiled in the 30th Degree, as the light-bearer. Satan had always wanted to be 'like God' and he coveted the worship of God's creation - he finds his fulfilment in freemasonry, amongst others.
They usually hold meetings in churches.
it has alot to do with measuring. measure good to bad, the whole nine yards. i guess it is numerology in a sense
freemasonry is not related to the skull and bones.

freemasonry is not related to any 'new world order' movement.

    freemasonry is not devil worship.

lots of people have ideas, most are wrong.

freemasonry is a social fraternity that studies morality and provides more charity than any other group on the planet.

    to some others:

    * not sure what Silver 'knows' but his understanding of freemasonry is wrong.

    * freemasonry is not an older version of scientology

    * not evil; cataliz has been listening to the misinformed anti-masons...

    * matrix is listening to the same flawed anti-mason spew...
google is were u can find almost eney thing
I know that Free Masons are the equivalent of "Christian Witches." They have some understanding of how to bend reality. The masons have either been or supported every president from Washington to present day. They designed the layout of Washington, D.C. to correspond to a pentagram so that the nation's capitol would be magically protected.

They do have several charitable organizations running, including the Shriner's Children's Hospital. This is to keep their image clean in the public eye.

If you travel to Washington D.C. take a look at the old Senate buildings. If you look at the masonry around the upper portion you will see repeated pentagrams, symbols to protect our nation's law makers.

How would a doctor operate on a brain?

If the brain is covered by bones, do they have to brake them to get to the brain, or is there another way to get there?

I'm only 15, so please don't use crazy medical terms that I won't understand lol :)How would a doctor operate on a brain?
I had to have brain surgery to remove a brain tumor. While I was not awake through the process, I know how it was done. First they cut my scalp and laid it back. They did not shave the scalp like you see in movies. they then drilled small holes in the skull (three or four, I believe four) over the area where the tumor was. They connected the holes with a saw and removed the cut out plate. The surgeon then cut out the tumor using a pre-surgical GPS map as a guide being careful to not hit major blood vessels, but going deep enough to "get it all".

Then they put the skull plate back on and used titanium "buttons" to keep the plate in place. They then covered the plate with my scalp and used surgical staples to hold the scalp together. Unlike other bones in your body that tend to knit after being cracked or broken, your skull is less likely to knit itself together. The titanium buttons do not set off the alarms at airport security scanners. God I hope I never have to go through that again. It took about 5 hours. I had a great surgeon and am thankful that this all took place before Obamacare.
With a hand drill three holes are drilled in the scull bone, forming the corners of a triangle. A strip of aluminium is slid in one hole and out another to protect the covering of the brain. An electric device is used to cut the bone from one hole to another. After all three cuts are made the patient is put to sleep temporarily because the removal of the bone is painful. How would a doctor operate on a brain?
That would depend upon which part of the brain is to be operated on. A lobotomy is done through the eye socket behind the eye. The bone is broken.

Usually for a small hole, a drill is used. For larger holes, a saw is used. Yes, the bone is sawed and removed for the operation. It depends upon what must be done.

Most surgeries are done with the patient awake and answering questions. That way the doctor can better tell what areas are being affected. Patients are asked to count or remember things. They have even reported smelling things just with a touch in the right spot.
In most cases, the skull must be cut through to access the brain.

New techniques, such as an endoscope through the nose can allow the surgeon to perform a much less invasive surgery. http://www.sciencedaily.com/videos/2005/鈥?/a>
Have you ever seen the bits carpenters use to drill a hole in a door for a doorknob? It's very similar. The neurosurgeon whips out the ol' Black and Decker, and off they go.
I believe they drill a hole in the skull somehow to get to the brain. I'm not an expert though lol.

I have a stray that i found today and I am confused about his actions.?

I fed him twice since picking him up this afternoon. My wife and I bathed him and he is now sleeping at the foot of my bed. He is passing gas like crazy. He is all bones and may not have eat anything for quite a while. Should he be this gassy?I have a stray that i found today and I am confused about his actions.?
I wouldn't be too stressed about him being "gassy". Any sudden change in diet, in dogs, as in humans, is likely to cause a bit of an upset tummy, including the production of gas. Change is best done slowly and if you don't know what he's been eating previously then offering him smaller meals more frequently could help. If after a few days the gassy problem hasn't eased then maybe try a different food? What have you started feeding him? I use to find that when I fed my dogs tinned dog food they were VERY gassy and their motions were a little loose, then I switched them to dried dog food and their motions firmed up and the gas had gone. If after you've tried all of these things the problem still exists, then maybe a quick trip to the vet could be in order.

It's probably a good idea to take him for a check up with a local vet anyway, just to get him checked out. If he's a stray his vaccinations probably aren't up to date. You should also have him tested for heartworm and start him on a heart worm prevention medication. Have him treated for intestinal worms also, again for just in case.

I hope this has been helpful. Good luck and have fun with your new mate!
I'd say its normal. The change in food, or having food at all may have upset his stomach a little, giving him gas. I really wouldnt worry about it to much.I have a stray that i found today and I am confused about his actions.?
maybe he is not used to large meals or the food you gave him disagreed with his insides
yeah, gas and diarrhea are normal for dogs who have their normal diet changed on them, even the brand of dog food can mess up their bowel movements. take him to the vet soon and have him checked out, though. its really nice that you took him in, man
Yeah... I just took in a stray a few weeks ago. They aren't used to having that kind or amount of food so they might be gassy for a while with maybe unusual smelling poop. Unusual for a cat's poop that is.
I think so. You've fed him twice today and given the fact that he is all bones, his body isn't used to that much food. Once he adjusts to the brand of food, this should go away or minimalize.

You and your wife rock. What incredible people you are!
Yeah, that should be perfectly normal since he hasn't been eating well. I'm assuming that you fed him, which is probably the reason for the gas since he has obviously been neglected as far as getting fed properly. Keep an eye (and ear) out though, just to make sure that he is having regular bowel movements though. He may have diarrhea at first though, since he is adjusting to a new diet. Just stay observant and if anything goes on for too long such as diarrhea or vomiting, which may indicate a more serious situation...

    Hope this helps!!!
First off it is very nice thing you have done here.

That dog will not forget you saved its life.

yes having food after not having any or very little would give him gas.

Best not to over do it at first until it gets used to having food on a regular basis.

He could have worms and is the reason he is so skinny, beside no food.

he does need a checkup at the vets for sure.

I can't understand how people can just drop off a pet and expect it will be able to fend for itself.

I have seen them in ditches that had been hit by a car the night before and were still laying there alive.

They suffer all night long because people just don't care.
You don't know what this dog has been feeding on before you took him in. And if he's been 'starving', giving him two meals in the space of a small time isn't such a great idea. Be prepared for the results (and I'd be keeping him off my bed, for now!!). Gas isn't good news ever (it can lead to bloating) but for now, just see what comes through, and adjust his feeding accordingly. It may take some time for his system to adjust to being fed, to begin with, and to the food you are using.

By the way, have you advertised widely (police, pound, poster local areas - Doglost website UK) that you have 'found' this dog? There might be somebody out there trying to find him. Until you have done this, he's really not yours to keep.
Yeah it is normal given the circumstances. 9 yrs ago my husband brought home a pit bull mix puppy. He was actually thrown from a car at a 4 way stop sign by our home. He was obviously abused as he had a leg that was healing from being broken in 4 places. The vet said he was about 3 months old at the time and the injury was about 3 weeks old. Anyway back to the subject. He was really skinny and dirty and we gave him food ( had to go to the gas station and got him 2 cans of food to hold him over till we could get a better food). He had horrible gas. The next day we took him to the local Pet smart and got him a high quality dry food and still the gas persisted along with diarrhea. We took him to the vet by the end of the week and the vet said it was because he went from having hardly anything to eat to a rich diet. It stopped after about 2 weeks(give or take a little). Just remember if you ever plan on making any food changes, mix it in slowly with what you are already feeding him to make the change of food easier on his belly. Hope this helps and good luck with him. I think it's great you saved the little guy.
I think it is just his GI tract reacting to the new food, like some of the other responders have already mentioned. If you plan on keeping him it would be great if you get him in for a check-up with a veterinarian. If he is still gassy the veterinarian might recommend an easier to digest diet until he can handle high quality food like you might already be giving him.

Big props for caring for this pup.
you really should take him to the vets. and when you have a really underweight dog you shouldnt feed it loads in one go as it will cause it to be sick. little meals a few times a day are best until they start gaining weight
give it some time.. his body will adjust to the food

What is the churches opinion on dinosaurs?

My next door neighbours are devoute christians

    One believes dinosaurs are real

The other thinks there is no such thing

I want to hear opinions from crazy bible nuts and people who support the theroy of evolution

Also, dont just say "Dinos arent real they are fake, God bless"

BECOS how do u explain all those bonesWhat is the churches opinion on dinosaurs?
Um, I don't support evolution, nor do I consider myself a "crazy Bible nut". However, I do believe that Dinosaurs existed, the fossil record proves it, and I'm not sure where the religious aspect comes into it.

If it helps, I don't believe the universe/earth was created in 6 literal days, so that gives the dinosaurs a little more time to roam and die out before causing pesky problems like Noah having to herd them on the Ark.
Your neighbor hates my way of life. What is the churches opinion on dinosaurs?
the fact is.....they're extinct....but surely existed
There is no one, single church opinion. Different denominations may believe different things.
My own considered view is that, spiritually speaking, dinosaurs are AWESOME.
I got a pamphlet from Jehovah Witnesses one time saying fossils were buried by Satan to deceive us.
it's a fact dinosaurs existed, if you deny that you're retarded
There is no such thing as THE church. Saying this in your question will get you a sea of different answers because everyone will think that by saying THE church, you are talking about THEIR church.

EDIT: warnick....seriously? I mean, you REALLY think that?!
Those bones were put there by satan to fool us....lol
depends on the church. there are many kinds with different opinions on dinosaurs. my church believes in evolution and so the opinion of my church would be that they evolved and then became extinct. but churches vary in their response to such questions. you clearly need to learn more about the diversity of religions available in the world.
    http://www.gotquestions.org/search.php?z鈥?/a>
I was ready to answer until I read ....."BECOS how do u explain all those bones" and realized that a scholarly debate would be impossible. For those of you that care, most Christians believe there were dinosaurs. I am one of them.
Some Christians have not searched the Scriptures as they should and keep the propaganda that they had been taught before being converted.
This "crazy bible nut" does believe that dinosaurs did exist at one time and became extinct...
It all depends on how literally the denomination takes the bible.

Those who take t very literally, as in 7 24hrs day from the moment God started to universe until his day of rest have some very creative explanations.

    I've heard:

    Satan created the fossils,

God created the fossils so we would have fossil fuels

-in both cases the claim is made dinosaurs never lived

dinosaurs and humans lived at the same time and dinosaurs died out during the flood-there is a creationist museum near me that claims this
Most Christians believe in dinosaurs. Its only the REALLY super nutty ones that think their bones were, "placed by Satan to fool us". I personally think that makes no sense. I mean, if Satan wanted to fool us he could be a little more dramatic about it. XD
First of all, reptiles never stop growing. It's just a simple biological fact that reptiles grow all their life and never stop until the day they die. They'll just keep on growing as long as their lifespan allows them to. In other words, the longer they live, the bigger they grow.

With that in mind, look at the genealogies from Adam to Noah. You'll find that just about everyone back then lived 900 years old, which is about 10 times longer than the average lifespan today. And it wouldn't just be people. It would be plants, animals...the whole ecosystem, including lizards. If lizards lived 10 times longer, and reptiles never stop growing, then you can imagine how big they must have gotten.

Reptiles in the days of Adam and Eve would have been absolutely enormous. Lizards in Noah's day would have been huge. Scientists have found fossilized remains of crocodiles that reached up to 40 to 50 feet in length.

Also, fossilization is caused by flooding. Fossilization is a very rare and unusual occurance, not an everyday event. According to the best available evidence, plants and animals cannot become fossils unless they are buried relatively quickly and deeply in the appropriate materials. What kind of conditions would be most ideal for the kind of massive fossil formations found in the sediments? Creation Scientists believe it would be a violent, global flood catastrophe. Dinosaur remains worldwide are associated with water-laid sediment.

Well, guess what? The Bible talks about a flood like that. And it just so happens that it occurred in the days when reptiles and lizards would have gotten really really big. So the fact that we are digging up gigantic reptiles and lizards up out of the ground, most of which are fully fossilized, does this somehow contradict the Bible? Well, I would say it fits into the Bible just fine.

My 3 month old puppy sleeps a lot, is afraid to pee outside when it is dark. What can I do?

He eats a little, but not very much. Enjoys treats, will eat when handed food, but will barely eat on his own. He drinks water like crazy though. I'm not sure if he is just lazy or if there is something wrong with his bones, but he doesn't like to sit up straight or walk very much. He just sits around and sleeps. Is there something wrong with him?My 3 month old puppy sleeps a lot, is afraid to pee outside when it is dark. What can I do?
take him to the vet. if he's not eating and is drinking a lot, thats a bad sign. I dont remember which disease it is, but its not a good sign. take him to a vet as soon as possible.

note: those are signs of Leptospirosis. This can be helped will minimal treament; however, you must take your puppy to the vet in order to figure out whether it is lepto and what you should do.
hes just bored get him a friend then u will see he will start playingMy 3 month old puppy sleeps a lot, is afraid to pee outside when it is dark. What can I do?
this is because he is a puppy. puppy sleeps abt 8 hrs a day so dun have to worry but must try to ask the puppy to eat more of his daily meals rather keep feeding on treats,

try to buy the nutritional powder of beef flavour for him as it is easier for his system to absorb.
not a vet or pro pet person had many cats n dogs was very poor maybe worms?
Don't baby the dog. Leave food down for 20 minutes three times a day. If the puppy hasn't touched his food in those 20 minutes, simply pick up the food and take it away. Eventually the puppy will learn that he should eat the food when it is offered. If instead, you start worrying and fussing over his not eating food, he will wait longer and longer to eat, just to see what else you will do for him. My puppy wouldn't eat food out of a bowl and would only eat when hand fed, but now she has learned to eat on her own. Be assertive and try not to baby him! It's hard because they ARE like babies, but you have to be tough to be a leader to them.
I would take him to your vet ASAP. Continue and provide constant companionship, showing your puppy that you are his master, and you care and support him. Definitely get medical attention.
They don't sit up straight at 3 months, they are all "gangly" and look really silly.

He doesn't like the food, or he wasn't weaned properly and doesn't like eating from a dish or bowl. Put the food on paper, not in a bowl or plate just for a while, til he figures it out.

They all sleep a lot, they are growing as they sleep.

Mine sleep constantly, then wake up and drive me nuts running around, then "crash" asleep again.

Peeing at night... he's scared, you'll have to use paper at night for a while, take him out even if he doesn't pee so eventually he will.

    Don't worry, he'll be fine.
From what you describe I would say yes, you have a problem of sorts. Maybe kidneys or diabetic. I hope you can find a good homoeopath and use lots of natural products. He may need chopped cranberries in his food and parsley (raw). The fact he drinks lots of water is not a good sign, unless you feed him dried food only, which means an equal of 80% water. 12 weeks is young and he should be running around when not sleeping. I do not know the breed, but he may be grief stricken over the fact he lost his siblings and his biological Mum. Does he sleep alone in the kitchen? This could bring on trauma, shock and stress. Remember you have a baby and in need of much care.

I'm not giving you the obvious answers, am sure you will get those from other posters. Just things to consider. I have a section on puppies on my website, I hope you can find something useful in there. If you need further assistance, you can communicate to me directly. Good luck.
its okay if he sleeps he is just a puppy so it is okay but eating but the eating and drinking part bring him to the vet.

Have each of your pregnancies been different in regards to the baby kicking you?

What I mean is I don't remember my first baby kicking EVERYTHING she possibly could from hip bones to rib cage to different organs like this second baby has been. It's really weird to me. My first baby girl was so sweet to me but this baby girl is just crazy and mean! Haha...Have each of your pregnancies been different in regards to the baby kicking you?
LOL! Every baby has its own personality. I hope my second baby is like your first little girl. I ended up with a mean one right outta the gate!

Some people believe that your body is more in tune with itself now, and knowing what to look for you can feel the baby sooner, more often, and more accurately.

You also supposedly get more BH contractions, have a faster labor (I hope this one is true for you!) I think its because your body has had practice doing this all before...

Congratulations on the new little girl! I know your pain!
Every pregnancy is different as you are finding out. With my first pregnancy my daughter never kicked but would roll around (very weird feeling) yet with my second he kicked like crazy!Have each of your pregnancies been different in regards to the baby kicking you?
So far I've had 5 preg. and 4 children. Each one wasn't much different except the last. He didn't kick much like my others. My first one kicked my right rib cage so much that it felt bruised all the time. Time will tell.
congratulations! my first was very calm as he is now in school and at home and my second moved alot! as he does now he is very active and loves sports hehe ......good luck and enjoy.............
hi .... ive had 5 babys in 4 pregnancys....... and each one has been different........... from sickness .... to foods i liked/disliked.......to movement ........my most active baby was my 4th ( 3rd pregnancy) and he was the fastest delivery , and my most chillled baby after birth ( i think he just wore himself out ) ,so i hope yours is the same ..... good luck with the baby ... i hope you dont suffer too many brused organs lol ....
Yes. My first two weren't too bad but my third was quite the kicker and mover. It was a long and uncomfortable pregnancy. His moving and energy are still the same as a toddler
