I'm only 17 and this is happening. Even the lowest impact things like crunches make me snap as if i were a bag of bones. My bmi is 21 and I'm trying to distribute my weight by toning (i have a big tummy but the rest of me is skinny). There is no pain associated with this but i dont know how I should work out with this.Any exercise makes all joints crack and pop like crazy. What should I do?
No pain is definitely a good sign. You should definitely talk to your doctor about this next visit. :)
