I keep hearing about it on the Jason Ellis Show on faction;

I know its an MMA thing %26amp; I have kind of an idea, but Im not exactly sure.

They are most likely referring to Jones' spinning back elbows. Jones has an incredible reach and throws some amazing elbow strikes. His spinning back elbows look crazy and really hurt his opponents when they connect.
Actually, Nesha J is right. I'm a longtime Ellis listener, and they were talking directly about the Jon Jones vs. Matt Hamill fight on The Ultimate Fighter Finale 10. Jones was DQ'd for dropping straight vertical elbows to Hamill when he was in the mount position.
