ThanksWhat makes your bones and the joins between the bones stronger?
Bones get stronger from calcium, which is in milk, and any other dairy product. Calcium is the most important over anything. You also need Vitamin D, to help move the calcium from the intestine to the bloodstream, which can be found in simple sun exposure every day. Magnesium, is also good, too. It can be found in green vegetables, like spinach, nuts and seeds, and some grains. Also, working out still helps.
