that covers the bone. The bones are boiled very long time, no salt anything. They keep her busy for hours and I know they cant do any harm to her. Is it possible that she has some allergies to it, she keeps scratching, itching, chewing like crazy. This is second time I observed this. Obviously I will stop giving it to her. The bone will be okay for her to play with dogs can have allergies from carpet or too much bathing will dry their skin out also a little fat bacon grease added to their diet will help with skin and hair. Beer and alcohol chocolates garlic mushrooms are toxic to dogs.
possibly but animal bones are not good ing eneral because they can splinter off and make dog choke

This should be in the pet section not the recipe section....
The best bone for them is the knee bone.Ask you meat department and boil it with celery and carrots,you can use the carrots later for her mixed with her food.Good luck!
Possibly that meat that you state was still on the bone had spoiled.

If you check with your vet I think you will be told to stop giving her bones.
she could be allergic to the beef or it could just be irritating her skin where she got it on herself while chewing it. large bones are fine cooked - they won't splinter. it's chicken and turkey bones that you should never give them after they're cooked.
