will she die ??? please tell me

i can't take her to the vet she is a stary cat Crazy cat addicted to choclate .... just ate a double chocolate donut ?
Kittens will eat anything and I mean anything. My cat loved those rice flavored rice biscuits and still does. I left some cauliflower about half a cauliflower with gravy on the bench one night and it was gone in the morning. The only problems with cats and chocolate is that most cats are lactose intolerant which will have no real problems just a runny backside and sore tummy. Not all are but it may be a slight problem.

The question is are you keeping the kitten if you feed it, it will come back. Cats are territorial and a place abundant with food and water makes a good home. The best idea if your not adopting the kitten is call someone live animal welfare to take the kitten away to a good home giving a slightly better diet then it getting at the moment.
All you can do now is keep a close eye on her. If she starts acting poisoned or sick in anyway, you'll need to get her medical help. Or you can call the local SPCA and let them care for her.Crazy cat addicted to choclate .... just ate a double chocolate donut ?
I once had to keep my daughter's cat for a while (because where she had moved to wouldn't let her have animals). The cat would come watch me eat, and look hungry. She would eat everything she thought she was sharing wih me, but if I put the same food in her dish, she would ignore it.
Chocolate contains a chemical called theobromine which is toxic to cats and dogs. It affects the heart and nervous system and acts a s a diuretic causing the cat to lose fluid. If it's been less than 2 hours since the cat ate it, the vet can induce vomiting to avoid chocolate poisoning. Call the vet now and get advice on what to do since you can't catch her.
Stray cats are opportunists and will eat anything you give them. I'm sure occasionally they run into things they shouldn't eat...donuts included.

She won't probably die but it's very important that you not feed her sugar again and especially not chocolate. There is stuff that will make her ill in chocolate.

Her body can't process it very well, and chocolate donuts definitely qualify as a day or two where kitty will not be feeling all that awesome.

Specifically her kidneys will not know what to do with that much sugar in her system, so she certainly will feel badly for a few days, I'm sure that cats in the wild run across sugary stuff, just not that much all at once.

So you should really remember to not feed her sugary stuff in the future, the cat will eagerly eat it because it's sweet and it's food, but that's not necessarily good for kitty.

Try some cat kibbles or meat scraps, rice is not TOO bad but there again, rice is a digestible sugar, stay away from sauces since they are mostly sugar as well.

Cats are "obligatory" carnivores which means it's necessary as well as much more healthy for them to eat meat.

If you fed her a chocolate donut without icing, fortunately there is actually very little to no actual chocolate in their donuts, and quite alot of sugar, the chocolate taste comes from a liquor not actual chocolate so the caffeine and other stuff that might cause her to be unwell are not so high in concentration. The brown color - is of course - dye, which probably isn't all that good for us either.
You said "don't worry i know what cats can and couldn't eat"

Then you should know that chocolate is very toxic to animals, because it contains theobromine.

You shouldn't be feeding that cat any of the junk you've been feeding it. If they could eat JUST people food, then you wouldn't see cat food in stores anywhere.
It may not kill her, but it's not good for her. The dark chocolate (cooking chocolate) is the worst kind for being toxic to cats / dogs. But, to be on the safe side, don't give them ANYTHING chocolate!

You need to STOP feeding that kitten people food...of any kind. She's not getting the proper nutrition for a cat, by eating so much people food. You're doing her a DIS-SERVICE, and doing more harm than good.

Most sauces have onion and garlic in them....bad for her health! Any spices that you use on your grilled food, is probably not healthy for her. You may not see any immediate harm, but her general health will suffer......and she could develop problems later on.

If you're going to feed her........get her some PROPER KITTEN food. Even strays need proper food.

Good luck.
Hell NO !!!

Contrary to popular belief, fish is no good for cats, chocolate is really bad for dogs, and worse for cats. If the animal is a ferrel animal, they are free roaming for a reason and really don't need your help to survive. Dogs on the other hand do need assistance, but cats do not. If you want to put something down for it, use some cat food and water. You are doing more harm to that animal than if it were to be ran over by a truck.
Get her to a Emergency vet now ASAP She could die there not suppose to eat chocolate.
If you "know what cats can and can't eat"

THEN YOU WOULD KNOW THAT CHOCOLATE IS TOXIC TO CATS! Even grilled chicken and fish can be bad for her if you give it to her enough! Poor kitty! She should be eating kitten food because it provides all the nutrients she needs. %26amp; Chocolate is just going to poison her. God, I hope this is a joke.
