Why do people hate on Lil Wayne so much?

I have always wondered why people hate on Lil Wayne so much. I know his lyrics are not always the most meaningful such as something produced by Nas or Bones n Thugs but his flow is sick (in my opinion). I also find his metaphor use to be very comical at times which is a nice twist. I just do not understand why people hate on him so much.y? If I am out at a club or bar and they play one of his songs it gets crazy...the beats are just sick.Why do people hate on Lil Wayne so much?
Famous. I have respect for you. Real talk. I have wondered this myself. His metaphors are so simple, yet they have an impact. I honestly do not understand why people waste so much time worrying about someone elses life.



Lil Wayne is a mastermind. Sure, he's always sippin syrup...GET OVER IT. And ya'll need to spend your time worryin about your own messed up lives. Let him be, he's doin his thing, go do yours.
1. He doesn't have a sick flow. He slurs in most recent songs. His voice was okay pre-2004.



2. His songs are okay for parties or clubs



3. If i was in the house chilling, i wouldn't want to listen to lil wayne. songs are too hype. When you need to zone out, his music is not right for that.



4. His attitude sucks



5. Most of his fans are biased



6. He's gotten lazy basically. Compare Carter II or 500 Degreez to Carter III. You know he's fallen off. And he's thinking about doing rock? The Syrup has gone to his head now. His "Real" fans even say he's sold out. It's just the d*ckriders that love every single thing he attempts.Why do people hate on Lil Wayne so much?
cause every song is with either kid rock, that other rock kid(not dissin them) or tpain or he is playing a guitar. cmon lay off the syrup.the fans make it worse they edge him on making him think he is the best rapper alive when in reality he is not even close. half of his lines are recycled at that too but i know rappers do recycle but lil wayne is not original to me. he shoots himself when he was high off of god knows what now he thinks he is the biggest blood with all the tatts

8. RIDICULOUSLY overrated.

9. Half his fans who call him the "best rapper alive" have probably never heard of Rakim or KRS-One or Kool G Rap or Wu-Tang Clan

10. Has built his whole career using other peoples style when he talks about how original he is and how there is no one like him.

The reason people hate is becasue when your on top everyone has their opinon of you. it goes with what all the rappers say
