I'm 5'11 and I weigh 143 pounds, and I feel fat. Do you think I should lose weight?
I'm 16 and I'm pretty toned but I have really wide hip bones and I think it makes me look really wide.I feel really fat? Am I just crazy or am I really fat?
Losing weight isn't going to narrow your hip bones.
You shouldn't fixate on the number on the scale. If you want to know if you need to lose body fat, you should have a doctor or fitness expert check your body fat percentage. If it it too high then cut down on sweets and white carbs (bread, rice, pasta) and take up some type of cardio; jogging and dancing are the best in my opinion. Pilates is really good too.
You are 100% normal weight for a person that tall. But just in case, here are some dieting tips:Step one: don't diet. Diet burns muscles first, then fat. That would take 3-4 months to burn fat.
Step two: Exercise! By doing 2 hours of vigiours activity, (Sprinting, Long distance jogging, competitve swimming, pushups etc,) you can burn up to a 2000 fatty calories. Besides burning the fat, you build the muscle!
Step 3: Keep it up! Don't procrasinate! Make sure you do 2 hours a day. If work gets in the way, try getting up early and biking to work (also an example of vigiorous exercise)

Crazy..lol...certainly not fat ...big hips are feminine and beautiful. And you said yourself you are toned.
PS you are a whole foot taller than me. I'm so jealous. I bet you can wear anything.
everyone is different and has different body types. some are skinny, some are stocky. its all about what you think. dont let your friends make you feel uncomfortable about your body.
Im 5' 9'' and way that much. Its fine. Your not fat.
its fine if your wide...doesnt mean your fat tho..since your toned plus your tall so thats why...=]
ur normal just way tooooooooo tall... well for me at least
